Sabinillas is a genuine Spanish fishing village and market town, the weekly markets being held every Friday and Sunday.

Although designated a village, Sabinillas has a good selection of traditional shops, cafes and bars. The picturesque promenade boasts a children’s play area and a wide selection of restaurants and tapas bars. Sabinillas has other services including banks, a post office, taxi services and pharmacy.

The daily fishing catch is landed on Sabinillas’ sandy beach which has splendid views towards Gibraltar and Africa. The beach is never crowded and stretches the whole length of the village.
